The service that you provided throughout was the best that I have experienced during many years and numerous house moves due to work relocations. From the initial quotation through to the day of moving went smoothly and stress free. All of the staff that we came into contact with in person and by phone was helpful and polite at all times. The staff were smartly dressed in the company uniform and conducted themselves in a professional manner. When we requested additional packaging materials they were delivered at our convenience.

I would like to make a special thank you to the men that actually moved our belongings on the day of the removal. They treated our property and possessions with the greatest of respect, carpets were covered with protective materials and items of furniture were wrapped in blankets. Even when our curious young daughter was in the way on several occasions it was not a problem to your staff and they humoured her on which for her was quite a confusing day.

In summary, great service by a group of people that were polite, professional and with an attitude that nothing would be a problem if something was asked of them. Thank you.

You must have had a lot more time on your hands recently, not having to respond to my flow of e-mail questions and messages. Believe it or not, the shipment of my brother's chattels was delivered yesterday. It has been a long time coming! The delivery was made to my sister and brother-in-law's home because they have a two-car garage for storage. Believe me, everyone got a good laugh when I identified the ironing board and clothes drying rack! (They think I am crazy anyway!)

Seriously, though, they were very impressed with how well you had packaged everything. My brother-in-law is very conscientious, and even he was singing your praises. Once again, thank you so much for all that you did for me. You made an extremely difficult situation so much easier. I spoke to Barry on the telephone, but wanted to also let you know how delighted I was with the service offered by your guys, Wayne, Darren and Brian, in relation to my removal to South of France. They worked incredibly hard in very hot and difficult conditions, appeared unfazed by the very unsatisfactory situation of the driveway not having been completed, and remained positive, cheerful and charming throughout the very long day. Greetings from New Zealand, Finally got motorcycle crate and sea chest cleared etc and picked up last week, (NZ end delays). I write to thank you, Hugh, and your team for the great service. There was no damage and nothing lost, the crate was well made and obvious thought and care in the packaging.
